Opportunity Description
Join CLIC as a Group Sales & Service Representative and play a key role in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. This hybrid role focuses on onboarding and managing relationships with Advisors and Plan Sponsors. In this full time position, you will leverage your experience to implement new business processes and conduct informative training sessions for plan administrators.
You will also be responsible for delivering presentations, resolving inquiries, and promoting digital tool adoption among benefit clients. Your contributions will be essential in fostering strong partnerships and delivering high-quality service.
