About the Role

The Group & Event Coordinator for INNHotels will handle all aspects of the hotel’s group, tour, and event coordination, providing exceptional guest service and customer relationship management to maximize revenues, attract new business, and maintain established connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all tour group, FIT, and individual group contracts.
• Ensure group blocks are held in WebRezPro; review group needs and special requests.
• Set up and maintain all group reservations and billing from contract signing through group departure.
