Opportunity Description
1. 负责当班人员排班、任务分配及现场5S管理，确保生产计划按时达成； Responsible for shift scheduling, task allocation, and on-site 5S management to ensure production plans are met on time.
2. 监控关键工序质量指标，推动持续改善（Kaizen），降低报废率与物料损耗； Monitor quality metrics for key processes, drive continuous improvement (Kaizen), and reduce scrap rates and material waste.
3. 开展员工技能培训，建立标准化作业指导书（SOP），提升团队整体技术水平； Conduct skill training for employees, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and elevate the team's overall technical capabilities.
4. 主导生产过程中的异常处理（如设备调试、产品不良分析），减少停机时间； Lead the handling of production anomalies (e.g., equipment debugging, defect analysis) to minimize downtime.
5. 运用精益六西格玛工具主导产品线效率提升项目，或提出数字化/自动化解决方案的需求Lead product line productivity improvement projects by using Lean Six Sigma tools, or propose requirements for digital/automation solutions.
