The Opportunity As a Group Facilitator, you will lead structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in the daytime PHP/IOP track. This role works closely with the clinical team to support each client's treatment plan, reinforce coping and recovery skills, and maintain a safe, structured group environment. This position is structured on an hourly or by-group basis for facilitators who prefer flexible, session-based scheduling.
