**Job Description**
Join a small, hands-on electrical construction team as a Groundsman, performing physical labor to support new construction electrical projects. In this role, you focus on site work such as lighting installations in parking lots and exterior areas, working closely with experienced electricians while gaining foundational skills in the electrical trade.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor tasks to support new construction electrical work, primarily on exterior and site projects.
+ Assist with installing and supporting lighting and related electrical components in parking lots and other outdoor areas.
+ Run materials to and from work areas to ensure electricians and crews have what they need to stay productive.
+ Dig trenches and prepare work areas for conduit and other electrical infrastructure.
