Position Overview

Manulife’s Actuarial Development Program (ADP) is part of the GRO early talent initiative. The program invites high‑potential actuarial talent to launch a career with rotations of 18–24 months across areas such as Pricing, Valuation, Risk Management, and more. Participants receive professional development, mentorship, leadership exposure, and support for their FSA/FCIA journey, including paid study time and exam resources. Position Responsibilities

Help design and price insurance and annuity products. Establish actuarial assumptions, quantify reserves, and ensure compliance with regulatory and capital requirements. Provide analysis and sound advice to business partners to support strategic goals. Collaborate with management to identify risks and opportunities and to improve business performance.
