Position Overview

Manulife’s Actuarial Development Program (ADP) is part of the GRO early talent initiative. The program invites high‑potential actuarial talent to launch a career with rotations of 18–24 months across areas such as Pricing, Valuation, Risk Management, and more. Participants receive professional development, mentorship, leadership exposure, and support for their FSA/FCIA journey, including paid study time and exam resources.

Position Responsibilities

• Help design and price insurance and annuity products.
• Establish actuarial assumptions, quantify reserves, and ensure compliance with regulatory and capital requirements.
• Provide analysis and sound advice to business partners to support strategic goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify risks and opportunities and to improve business performance.
