Opportunity Description
Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.
The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Support senior engineers in carrying out structural analysis and detailed design calculations.
Contribute to the preparation of design sketches reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with CAD/BIM technicians for the production of drawings and models.
