Graduate Civil Engineer – Building Structures (UAE, Mentored)

WSP in the Middle East is launching a Graduate Civil Engineer – Building Structures program in the UAE. You will join the Building Structures team supporting infrastructure and property projects, with structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure designed for Emirati graduates.

You will assist in developing designs, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, learn digital tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS and SAFE, and contribute to client deliverables while applying UAE codes
