Position: Golf Operations Manager

Directly Manages: Porters – Meet & Greet; Caddy Masters & Caddies; Starters & Marshalls; Cart Master; Driving Range Attendant

The Golf Operations Manager works closely with all under his supervision to co-ordinate all the activities of his department while working closely with the Director of Golf.

Summary of specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Observation of all areas within his department ensuring that optimal service is being provided. Opening and closing of cart barn and associated checks Liaising with the workshop on all routine maintenance checks on all golf carts as well as the scheduling major servicing and repairs Maintaining the clean and orderly appearance of all outside areas and cart barn throughout the day Ensuring that all necessary accessories are in stock Overseeing the driving range setup on a daily basis making sure that it is neat and well maintained.
