GMP Manufacturing Deviation Investigator

Novartis México seeks a Quality Investigator to lead deviation investigations and CAPAs in a GMP environment. You will assess criticality, author robust investigations, drive root‑cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.

You will support manufacturing operations, generate orders in MES when needed, and provide targeted training to reinforce compliant quality behavior across shifts.
