Opportunity Description
Infosys in Mexico City is looking for a Voice Specialist to join their Global Voice support Team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a CCNP (Voice) certification. Responsibilities include monitoring Voice infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Snarts and Jira is preferred.
Applicants should possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative environment. This role may require flexibility including night shifts as needed.
