Global Support Operations Manager

Sinch is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive operational initiatives for its global Customer Support organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, design processes, and align tools and training across regions to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Service Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, translate priorities into actionable plans, manage change, and ensure readiness for customer-impacting changes.
