Global solution development manager

Position Overview The Global Solution Development Manager will support n Vision Global's logistics and supply chain services by analyzing Customer Data and n Vision Global data across multiple touchpoints — including orders, shipments, and freight invoices — to identify design and savings opportunities, improve visibility, and evaluate process design. The goal of this role is to help customers optimize their Supply Chain through Supplier Management, Shipment Optimization, AI Automation and Shipment Execution through actionable data analytics, process re-design supported by benchmarking exercises, and enhanced rate negotiation outcomes. This position is ideal for a candidate who understands the flow of inbound and outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes, can recognize cost or data anomalies, and can evaluate Physical, Financial, and Data Flows to establish Solution Design that drives value into Business Development Opportunities and existing Customer opportunities.
