Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, benefits administration, and offboarding Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records Support payroll data changes and benefits coordination Handle HR queries via central inbox and provide policy guidance Assist in employee relations activities and HR documentation Prepare HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring data, engagement surveys) Requirements:
3+ years experience in HR operations / HR administration Strong knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Experience working with HRIS systems Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
