Global Outbound Freight Capability Lead

Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Manager Outbound Freight Capability to lead the design and delivery of outbound freight across the global supply chain. The role partners with Transformation, Systems Strategy, Network Design, and regional teams to build asset-light logistics capabilities and drive standardization.

You will define end-to-end processes, KPIs, and deployment playbooks, align with 3PLs and internal functions, and ensure scalable, cost-efficient performance
