Global Lab & Diagnostics Leader — Health Security

FHI 360 is seeking a Lab and Diagnostic Advisor in Bogotá, Colombia, to enhance laboratory systems under the STRIDES project. This role involves leading diagnostic activities and ensuring compliance with national health priorities. The Advisor will collaborate with various stakeholders for effective implementation and mentorship.

The position requires strong technical knowledge, a Master’s Degree, and 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in USAID-funded projects. The expected salary range is COP160,000,000–200,000,000 annually.
