Your Role with Us
- Providing technical and managerial leadership to the global systems engineering team (3–5 staff)
- Coaching, developing and supporting team members
- Ensuring the stable and secure operation of the global Microsoft infrastructure
- Further developing the global infrastructure, platform and operations strategy
- Actively shaping the transformation towards hybrid and cloud infrastructures
- Defining and establishing global standards, governance and operational models
- Working closely with internal specialist departments (Security, Network, Cloud, Workplace, Business Applications) and international teams, particularly in North America
- Managing external partners and ensuring reliable delivery
