Global Head of Embedded Lending & Credit Partnerships

Tala is seeking a product leader to own the strategy and execution for embedded lending partnerships globally. You will assess partner opportunities, design credit solutions, shape commercial terms, and drive launches end to end.

Work with GTM, engineering, and data science to ensure product and risk alignment with partner needs. You will evolve the partnership evaluation framework, write clear specs for engineers and risk teams, and manage performance across a growing portfolio.
