Global FinTech Accounts Leader

TaskUs is seeking a Vice President of Global Accounts to lead a high-growth FinTech portfolio across Colombia and Mexico. You will align regional operations, own client relationships at executive level, and scale a dual-track operation with focus on quality, regulatory adherence, and security.

This leadership role requires 10+ years in BPO operations, bilingual English-Spanish ability, and proven capacity to drive CRR and QE in a metrics-driven environment while traveling up to 50%.
