Global EOR & Payroll Delivery Consultant (Remote)

BIPO is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Consultant to manage and deliver EOR and GPO services across the EU, with a focus on Germany. This client-facing role requires regulatory knowledge, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to payroll and compliance.

The successful candidate will partner with clients to ensure compliant, timely payroll and employment services while maintaining strong satisfaction and retention, with flexible remote/hybrid work arrangements within the EU.
