Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Engineering Operations & Process Management to our team.
Reporting to the Senior Global Engineering Director the Global Engineering Operations & Process Management is accountable for defining and driving engineering governance, KPIs, portfolio visibility, capacity planning frameworks, and standardized processes and tools. It enables data-driven decision-making, alignment across regions, and improved execution outcomes across all engineering functions.
What a typical day looks like:
Defines and continuously improves how engineering operates across the organization
Establishes standard operating rhythms, governance forums, and execution frameworks
Owns the engineering KPI framework (e.g. on-time design delivery, change volume, cycle time, rework)
