Global Collections Specialist — Bilingual EN/ES

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Collections Specialist in Mexico to maintain healthy cash flow and manage outstanding customer accounts. In this role, you will ensure timely payment collection by investigating billing issues and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a minimum of two years’ experience in collections or accounts receivable. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
