Global Brand IP Counsel (Remote)

Activate Talent is looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer to manage and protect a global portfolio of trademarks and copyrights. In this role, you will negotiate licensing agreements, provide legal guidance on brand protection, and work closely with various internal teams to ensure compliance and effective usage of creative assets.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in IP law and a strong understanding of brand enforcement strategies. This position is full-time and can be performed remotely, allowing you to contribute to the brand’s global expansion.
