Global Benefits Specialist

SumUp is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join the SumUp team in the Sao Paulo office. You will support the Global Benefits & Mobility Lead as part of the overall Total Reward team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills, as well as a collaborative mindset.

What you’ll do

• Administer and manage benefit programmes, overseeing the daily operations of health insurance, retirement plans, disability, and leave programmes.
• Communicate benefits to employees, explaining plans, conducting orientations and open‑enrollment sessions, and developing communication materials.
• Resolve employee issues by addressing inquiries and concerns related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits.
