Senior Manager, Customer Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Lead Helicopter Programs customer engineering activities from start to successful resolution.
  • Support event troubleshooting and assist logistics as required.
  • Interface with Field Service Representatives, Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk) and operators through regular field event reviews.
  • Ensure event resolution and provide follow‑up through IPTs, reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, campaigns or other corrective action.
  • Lead support for field escape containment and special inspection programs.
