Overview

Through focused and consistent marketing communication of value propositions and positioning for Gallagher’s benefits, HR and talent management consulting practices, you will lead marketing strategies that foster business development and cross-solving efforts between all Benefits & HR practices (Employee Benefits, Retirement, HR & Compensation Consulting, etc.) and other Gallagher divisions. You will work directly with Consulting Practice Leaders, Divisional and Enterprise Marketing Teams to deliver strategic, data-driven marketing programs that drive sales for these growing practices.
