Operational Excellence Manager

Position: Full‑time, on‑site, Monday‑Friday, Saint‑Hubert, Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead people‑centric change management to mobilize teams and anchor a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead LEAN workshops and analyze performance indicators to eliminate waste and maximize productivity.
  • Act as a key partner to the production director, translating strategic directions into concrete action plans.
  • Support teams in adopting new practices and tools; influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Facilitate LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM, problem‑solving) and ensure concrete implementation.
