We're looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team representing one of the world's most trusted financial brands. You'll be the voice of the company—assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries with empathy and precision while maintaining the highest service standards.
You'll start your journey in frontline support, gaining a deep understanding of customer interactions. After about a month, you'll gradually transition into back-office support, working closely with experienced colleagues and handling specialized service areas.
Your Responsibilities
Frontline Support (first month):
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Record all interactions in the company's CRM system.
Provide clear and accurate information on card usage, benefits, and account details.
