**Job Description Summary**: This department manages the production of Dispenser products at the Tijuana, Mexico plant.
This team is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities for the manufacture of subsamples, finished products and manufacturing process support systems.
He directs the activities of subordinate personnel to manage and optimize manufacturing activities by supporting quality, safety, productivity, cost and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for the quality of subsamples, finished product and systems that support the manufacturing process.
Manage resources in a way that best meets our customers' expectations and company goals while complying with the company's applicable standard operating procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
