Project Management Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through effective service delivery.
• Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets, and oversee general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Review construction proposals, pricing and scopes; correct and assess work‑in‑place; approve capital expenditure spends; revise cost estimates prepared by contractors and others.
• Plan, organize, schedule, direct and control the delivery of the project on time.
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings, presenting updates at all project stages.
• Identify factors influencing construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
