Position Purpose

Plans, directs, manages and coordinates the group of Equipment and Building Maintenance to ensure the achievement of the indicators of the department and have the equipment available to fulfill production targets, with quality and continuous production workflow.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:

• Manages continuous improvement projects to achieve compliance with departmental metrics.
• Develops and manages the budget, determines staffing requirements, and manages the department.
