Opportunity Description
Our Client, a Global Services and Media company, is looking for a Generative AI Training Specialist to work a hybrid schedule out of their NYC office. Responsibilities:
+ Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including (but not limited to) client GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
+ Build and deliver training on AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, helping engineering and technical teams learn to use these tools effectively in their day-to-day development work.
+ Develop clear, engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content, for employees at varying levels of AI fluency.
+ Support the Generative AI Champions community group and other Tech Academy programs by contributing content and aligning to existing sessions.
+ Serve as a support resource for employee questions about AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.
