**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking and palatalizing finished concrete products on pallets. You will be expected to lift products weighing between 5 lbs. and 100 lbs. depending on production needs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stack and palletize finished concrete products.
+ Lift individual products weighing up to 100 lbs.
+ Shovel and clean during the first month as part of the training.
+ Work mandatory 20 hours of overtime per week with 5/12 hour shifts.
+ Train on day shift for 2-3 months before transitioning to night shift.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong safety orientation
+ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
+ Previous warehouse or production experience
