**Position:** General Production Worker
**Schedule:** 4x10 Schedule (Enjoy Fridays Off!)
**Work Environment:** Clean, well-lit facility with light-duty work and growth opportunities
**Job Responsibilities:**
Operate roll formers and polishing lathes to manufacture metal seals used in aerospace applications
Load sheet metal bands onto roll-forming machines and operate equipment using foot controls
Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards are met
Polish metal seals manually with sandpaper or using polishing equipment
Cut and prepare metal materials for welding operations
Measure large seals (up to 8 feet in diameter) using pi-tape and calipers
Assist with machine setups, tool adjustments, and precision measurements to thousandths of an inch
Operate semi-automatic TIG welding equipment to weld meta...
