• Manage Corporate Tax, Advance Tax, Tax Returns, Deferred Tax, and Tax Planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS regulations and withholding tax requirements.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and optimize group tax positions.

Indirect Taxation (GST)

• Oversee GST compliance, filings, audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
• Manage GST refunds, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and tax optimization initiatives.

Tax Litigation & Risk Management
