Responsibilities The incumbent will provide strategic leadership and oversight of national social assistance systems. Provide strategic governance of beneficiary maintenance and beneficiary lifecycle management. Provide leadership in the development and execution of national strategies for beneficiary records, integrity and control. Provide strategic human, financial and operational resources.
