Opportunity Description
- Oversee all plant operational activities, including Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Customer Service, ensuring safe and efficient 24/7 operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve productivity, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, Cofepris, GMP, ISO).
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives, fostering a mindset of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the site's financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, and cost optimization to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
