FordBaker Valuation Ltd is the largest locally-owned and independent valuation and property advisory company in Christchurch. It was established in 1988 after the merger of two of Christchurch’s oldest and most respected valuation/real estate companies: Ford and Hadfield (Est 1906) and Baker Bros (Est 1877).
