Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks. • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality. • Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor department managers, supervisors, and factory personnel. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees. • Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput.
