Pete's Painting is a growing residential, commercial, and specialty painting contractor serving the Napanee and Kingston area. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take the reins of day-to-day operations, allowing our ownership to focus on growing the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to run a business like it's their own — not just supervise a crew.

What You'll Own

• Sales & estimating: assess jobs, prepare quotes, close sales, and keep the pipeline moving
• Crew scheduling: assign and oversee crews across active jobs, keep timelines on track
