About the Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler our Banquet team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Banquet Manager, you’ll lead the collaborative team that prepares and executes events with consistency, attention to detail and care. You’ll work closely with our sales and catering team to plan and execute events in the resort.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all banquet operations including conference and banquet rooms, individual receptions, weddings and celebrations throughout the resort as well as off‑site locations.
• Partner and communicate with the Catering and Conference team. This includes attending, resolving, and executing instructions in Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings and during operations.
