Job Synopsis

The General Manager for the thrift storeoversees all daily retail and warehouse operations, production management, staff/volunteer management, donation processing, inventory control, and financial performance. This role functions as the senior on‑site authority and is accountable for operational decision‑making required to ensure safe, effective, and mission‑aligned thrift store operations. The General Manager provides strong leadership in a competitive and fast‑pasti environment, balancing authority with compassion, direction and decision‑making skills.
