**Water Treatment Operator – Position Overview**
We are hiring Water Treatment Operators to support water movement and treatment for oilfield frac operations. This is a physically active, outdoor role with long shifts, steady overtime, and clear opportunities for advancement.
**Schedule & Pay**
+ Day Shift: 6 AM start — $20/hr
+ Night Shift: 6 PM start — $22/hr
+ Shifts run 14+ hours with built‑in overlap
+ Five‑day workweek
+ Days off rotate every three weeks (Fri/Sat → transition → Tues/Wed → transition → Sun/Mon)
+ **Significant overtime available every week**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Move, set up, and retrieve poly pipe and lay‑flat hose
+ Operate and monitor transfer pumps, generators, and related equipment
+ Track water movement and job data using a tablet or iPad
+ Collect water samples, perform basic testing, and document results
