**Job Responsibilities**
+ Assist with commercial construction projects, repairs, and renovation work
+ Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite
+ Use hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, and installation tasks
+ Support skilled tradespeople with demolition, masonry repair, concrete work, and sealant application
+ Assist with framing and general construction labor duties
+ Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the workday
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

+ Ability to use basic hand and power tools
