Qualifications
- Must have a vehicle (required to use company vehicle during working hours)
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and police check
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Ability to use computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Handy person work – e.g. change light bulbs, small repairs where necessary, such as drywall patching, light painting, clearing garbage/boxes
- Ladder use at times – must be comfortable with heights
