Hiring: Senior GenAI Engineer (LLMs, RAG)
Location: Toronto, ON (3 days hybrid onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time
We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer h aving 10+ Years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting insurance sales advisors.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and build RAG-based AI solutions
- Develop scalable GenAI services
- Evaluate and optimize LLM performance
- Implement AI guardrails and monitoring
- Mentor junior team members
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years in ML/NLP/AI Engineering
- 2+ years working with GenAI/LLMs
- Solid experience with: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Azure Cloud Architecture, Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI, LLMOps / GenAIOps, Production AI Deployments
