Gear Process Coach: Lead Safety, Lean Production

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Gears Process Coach to lead manufacturing floor operations. You will own the DCP execution, manage pace and precision, and ensure a 100% safe environment while enforcing Standardized Work and the Ford Production System.

You will collaborate with Process, Quality, Maintenance and Labor Relations engineers to resolve issues using 8D and POKAR methodologies. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years as floor supervisor or coach, experience in gear
