Opportunity Description
Drive training excellence at GAF as a Learning and Development Instructor focused on roofing education. You will deliver impactful seminars for contractors and related professionals regionally and nationally.
In this role, you'll be responsible for educating various audiences, including contractors and internal GAF employees, on best practices in roofing. Your efforts will support GAF's commitment to innovation in training while continuously developing engaging content and learning assets. Additionally, you will take on training responsibilities for the sales team and participate in marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical and sales training for roofing professionals
• Design innovative learning resources and techniques
• Keep training content current and relevant
• Train GAF staff on roofing systems and best practices
