FVGC Manager for Policy Advocacy

Drive policy development as the Manager of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at the Fruit and Vegetable Growers of Canada. Engage directly with stakeholders to influence agricultural regulations.
Based in Ottawa, you will work closely with FVGC’s team and its members to formulate robust policy responses. This full-time role emphasizes strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaboration with government entities. Your goal will be to ensure effective policies support the fruit and vegetable sector in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft policy statements and responses
• Conduct analysis on regulatory priorities
• Establish collaborative relationships with government
• Support Working Groups in policy development
• Represent FVGC at relevant events
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in policy roles
